  In his 25-year career, he has worked in senior roles with Procter & Gamble, Yum, KFC, and Pizza Hut among others across the Middle East, Africa, Greater China, and the Indian subcontinent.

  He holds a Post Graduate Degree in HR from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, India, and has completed the Senior HR Executive Program from the University of Michigan. He is also certified in several business and personal development programs including GROW, Achieving Breakthrough Results, Human Synergistics LSI / GSI, and High-Performance Model.

  Susheel is recognized as a thought leader in the Future of Work transformation space and in the consulting industry. A global citizen living between India and Dubai, he invests time in reading and mentoring leaders and professionals.

  At 720 Transform, Rahul is a Partner. Passionate about seeking agile and gig economy solutions to address conventional business challenges and future proofing children in schools through 21st century skills, he is spearheading work in the EdTech space. For 720, he is the technology go-to person for expertise towards Future of Work.

  A performance consultant with a strong background in HR and L&D, he has delivered high-impact training in leadership, management development and behavior transformation. He has helped organizations build effective learning management strategies, aligning people development initiatives across all levels of the organization.

  Over the past 20 years, he has worked as GM HR of VLCC International, Middle East and Africa region, and been a hands-on facilitator representing Mercer, Development Dimensions International – DDI UK and Eagles Flight (Experiential Learning), Canada across the GCC, working with Fortune 500 clients in their L&D interventions.

  Rahul has led grant-based, grassroot interventions in International Development and Humanitarian efforts with Indi-American stakeholders and supports Development Impact Bonds. He is also a key EdTech and Skills committee member in PIOCCI Gulf – a non-profit institution with a reach to over 150+ countries.  In addition, he is a Marshall Goldsmith certified Executive and Team Coach.

  Vineet works with multinational and local conglomerates and is responsible for 720 Transform’s Strategic Advisory Service. He manages large client engagements in franchising, business development P&L management, ROI modelling, and corporate strategy.

  With his creative approach and sound and deep sector knowledge, he explores innovative and unconventional ways to run a business. He believes in fostering an entrepreneurial spirit to grow through innovation, customer relationships, and process excellence.

  Over the past 25 years, he has worked as CEO, Head of Strategy, and Chief Marketing Officer among other senior roles in sectors and verticals across franchising, media (TV & Print), retail, e-commerce, FMCG, telecommunication, and manufacturing. He has managed business ecosystems for brands like Etisalat, ABB, Phillip Morris, Mont Blanc, Dunhill, Omega, SEG, LED World, ASK Me (Just Dial) and Archies Online in India and the Middle East.

  He holds several degrees and professional certifications including General Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management, Bachelor’s Degrees in Aeronautical Engineering from Punjab Aircraft Maintenance Engineering College, and Humanities from Punjab University.

  Mandiip works with a diverse set of large corporate houses and startup clients. He leads 720 Transform’s leadership hiring and talent advisory work.

  Passionate about developing deep engagements with clients as well as candidates, he delivers solutions in HR and consulting across employee engagement, culture studies, competency design and assessments, HR audit, organization structuring, manpower rationalization, and transformation among other key business areas.

  Over the course of his 23-year career, he has worked with over 400 clients in 21 countries across Asia Pacific, CIS, Middle East, and African. He has worked as HR Director, Head of Talent, Director Advisory and Market Unit Head with organizations including Landmark Group, Airtel, Grant Thornton, and Hewitt.

  Mandiip holds a Master’s Degree with specialization in Organizational Behavior and Organizational Development, and Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Punjab University, India. He is based in Dubai, UAE.

  Inspired by 720 Transform’s vision towards 4.0 organizational performance, he joined the company, leading enterprise-level communication planning, corporate brand development and campaign performance research. He brings to 720’s portfolio his purpose-driven lateral thinking and qualitative analytics with a practical approach to deep and disruptive value creation.

  His professional experience spans roles in private agencies and government entities in the UAE from both client and agency side. Over the past 15 years, he has worked with brands such as Audi, Volkswagen, VISA International, World Gold Council, Alukkas, Hilton, Sharp, Minolta, KFC, Welcare Hospital, and Invest Bank.

  In his earlier roles, he worked as Director – Creative Strategy, Communications Adviser, Manager – Marketing Research & Analysis, Copywriter and Academic. In one of his roles with a distinguished Dubai Government entity where he worked for a decade, he was responsible for marketing analysis, research, and perception-mapping, successfully conducting over 70 evaluation studies. In academia, he was a professor at a highly reputed institution in India.

  Reuben holds multiple Masters’ Degrees covering Public Relations & Advertising, Arts, Philosophy, and English Language and Literature from St. Joseph’s College and Madras Christian College, India among other notable universities. He has completed professional certifications in Sustainability Leadership and Innovation from the University of Cambridge and Global Innovation Management Institute respectively, and Digital Marketing and Social Media & Reputation Management from Shaw Academy. In addition, he holds qualifications related to Branding Philosophy & Design System, Strategy Development and Design Thinking.

  He was recognized by The Executive Council of the Dubai Government for advocating people’s active participation with the UAE leadership’s development vision. He also served as the Finalist Jury – ‘International Climate-Action Sustainable Design Competition’ by Land Art Generator Initiative, USA.

  Reuben has lived in the UAE for 27 years. Outside his professional arena, he engages in knowledge-transfer and skill development sessions imparting corporate-level competencies. Volunteerism is close to his heart, and is a trained screen actor, poet, art critic, and musician.

  He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Bradford, United Kingdom, and is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute. In addition, he is a certified psychometric assessment user and management trainer.

  Sanjeev has lived in the UAE for 24 years. He enjoys sports and has lately taken an interest in playing golf.

  At 720 Transform, Nithya is a subject matter expert assisting organizations and individuals to transform mindsets, change leadership behaviors, build values, and create a talent-driven culture. With a belief in human capital – employees are the primary asset of any organization, she is an advocate of CSR, community outreach and volunteerism. Over the past 30 years, she has worked as Unit HR Head, Manager – HR & Administration, HR Generalist, and CSR Coordinator in India and the UAE for brands such as Britannia, Baskin Robbins, and Khaleej Times.

  Outside of her consultancy role, she is the Founder and Managing Director of UAE-based PROSPERO, a company dealing with linen and fabrics, health and hygiene items, and gifts.

  She holds Masters’ Degrees in Commerce and Business Analytics, Diploma in Strategic HRM and is a certified HR professional (CHRM, CHRP).

  Several of her high-value projects are within the sphere of CRM and employee engagement. At VLCC, she set up and managed its Way of Life – The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) project in the GCC which improved NPS by 10% and addressed customer segmentation, data analysis and profiling to increase performance. At Al Futtaim Group, comprising brands such as Toyota, Honda, Lexus, M&S, IKEA, AFGRE and Al Futtaim Engineering, she managed implemented the Employees Assistance Program. The program covered market entry campaigns, succession planning and team building initiatives. In addition, she has worked with AVEVA Group and Development Bank of Singapore on their employee engagement initiatives.

  Having built some businesses in media technology, financial services, insurance, and automobile sectors, he has performed across the geographies with global institutions like Tata, General Electric, Allianz, Zee and NBA, imbibing a strong awareness of opportunities and complexities in the emerging markets.

  As founding CEO, he built and scaled specialty insurance provider Allianz Global Assistance India from an early-stage start-up to a large and profitable multi-country operations across India and Southeast Asia, building built last-mile network across 1,400 cities in India while expanding to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia with 750 motivated employees across Southeast Asia.

  As global CEO of the leading sports broadcaster TenSports with presence in 19 countries, he transformed the organization, reversed its multi-year losses into profits, established TenSports as a formidable consumer brand and eventually divested TenSports for USD 385 million.

  Rajesh is widely acknowledged for leading digital and financial transformation of SITI Networks, a last mile content delivery platform providing digital broadband and video subscription services.
